Due to the exclusive and limited nature of LYOR creations, all confirmed orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Every LYOR timepiece is manufactured, assembled and inspected in accordance with strict Swiss watchmaking standards. Prior to shipment, each watch undergoes a complete and rigorous quality control process to ensure it leaves our atelier in flawless condition. In the rare event that a defect is identified upon delivery, the client must contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photographic evidence. The timepiece will then be examined by our technical team and an appropriate solution will be provided.
