Can I cancel or return my order?

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of LYOR creations, all confirmed orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. The purchase of a LYOR timepiece implies full acceptance of these conditions, established to preserve the integrity, rarity, and long-term value of our creations.

What happens if my watch arrives with a defect?

In the rare event that a defect is identified upon delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photographic evidence. The timepiece will then be examined by our technical team and an appropriate solution will be provided.

Are customs duties included in the price?

Shipping fees and full insurance coverage are included in the purchase price. However, for international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees remain the responsibility of the client.

How is my watch shipped?

Every order is delivered through an insured, trackable service requiring signature upon delivery. Depending on the destination, LYOR may partner with specialized luxury logistics providers to ensure impeccable handling.

How is the watch packaged for transport?

Each timepiece is protected within a secure presentation box and a custom transport case designed to prevent shock, humidity, or tampering during transit. We guarantee that every watch leaves our atelier in flawless condition.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your timepiece is dispatched from our atelier.
